SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

All packages are shipped via USPS.

Free domestic shipping in all states within the US only. 

Orders can be tracked at: https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. Thank you for your patience.

Packages undeliverable by USPS will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub. 

We currently do not offer international shipping.

If an order is over $200, Alyssa Marie Boutique may elect to ship the order with signature required. This is solely at Alyssa Marie Boutique discretion and done to protect the buyer’s purchase. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to LOVE whatever you purchase!  We accept returns on items purchased online for store credit only. You have 7 days from stamped date to ship your items in original condition to:

Please include our packing slip.  Merchandise must be NewUnwornUnwashed, and All Tags must be attached and there should be NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF WEAR – Example: makeup, deodorant stains, or any fragrance. 

SWIMWEAR, EARRINGS  and ACCESSORIES are all FINAL SALE.  Due to health and safety regulations, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

BAGS & GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE. 

Please email contact@shopalyssamarie.com to begin the return process.  Alyssa Marie Boutique is not responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges.

Once we have received your returned item, we will let you know within 2 business days if your return is accepted. After acceptance, we will process your return immediately and email you a gift card in the original amount (minus shipping) of your purchased item. 

If an item is damaged, the damage must be reported to contact@shopalyssamarie.com within 3 days of the delivery date. 

 

Please note, returns received that Do Not comply with our return policy will be shipped back.

 

We do not accept returns for store credit on:
- Items that have been worn
- Items that have been washed
- Items without tags
- Items bought with a gift card or store credit
- Sale items 

Alyssa Marie Boutique is not responsible for lost or un-traceable shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
